Database Consultant 5/2012 to 12/2013
Integrated Convergys Billing System (CBS) accounting with Hosted Solutions call reporting for additional on-demand service accounts originating from Call Center side of business. Existing Intervoice SAP integration process was adopted that utilized web-based transaction reporting and MS Access data confirmation/validation process.
Developed intelligent transformation algorithms to classify functional types, identify sponsors (clients and programs) and system locations (CPL) from partially implemented FQDN naming convention of System Configuration Items (CI) for populating Change Management component of HP Service Manager software (SM). FQDNs and IP addresses extracted from HP Openview Oracle database and DNS.
Transcription service deliverable for government client was escalated. Interim file transfer solution delivered on-time. Solution combined post-call survey IVR responses with transcribed responses from three file types to a single file type.
Senior Manager 6/2009 to 4/2012
Speechport platform was replaced with Intervoice Hosted solution. The separation of dedicated from shared service offerings allowed greater cost controls including a reduction in support staff. Reporting system based on Oracle and Microstrategy technology were replaced with SQL Server, HTML, and Dundas library that significantly lowered licensing and support costs.
Staff Engineer (Convergys Acquired Intervoice) 1/2009 to 5/2009
Created Service Interaction Record (SIR) Service and Product Information Transfer Standards (SPITS) for in-house product lines Voice Portal (VP), Intelligent Notification (IN) and Dynamic Decision System (DDS).
